One of my favorite childhood memories was running home after school and eating all the delicious snacks my parents bought. Admittedly, our snack choices weren’t always healthy ones. My parents had always thought that the only healthy snack out there was cut up fruits and veggies and as a child, those didn’t sound appealing. I would lean towards chips, cookies, and ice cream.
